Diagnosis:
Squamous cell carcinoma
Photo 1: This elderly gentleman has a squamous cell carcinoma of the left lower eyelid.
Photo 2: He underwent MOHS surgery to remove the skin cancer.
Photo 3: Three months after surgery. Notice the natural result after his eyelid reconstruction. The lid appears normal and has excellent function.
