Additionally, please bring your insurance cards and a photo ID to your appointment. If you are being seen for an eye-related issue and you wear contact lenses, please bring your contact lens case and glasses.

Cosmetic Patients: Please bring past photos from high school, mid 20’s, mid 30’s and so forth for Dr. Enzer/Ashley Wright, FNP to observe your aging progression.
