Diagnosis:
Basal cell carcinoma

Photo 1: This patient has a basal cell carcinoma involving the central left lower eyelid, including the margin.

Photo 2: After MOHS. The skin cancer was resected with MOHS surgery, resulting in the full thickness loss of half the lower eyelid.

Photo 3: Three months after surgery. This photo shows the result three months after complex full thickness eyelid reconstruction. The lid functions normally, the eye is comfortable, and the cosmetic appearance is excellent.
