Diagnosis:
Basal cell carcinoma

This elderly gentleman had an aggressive basal cell carcinoma on his right lower eyelid. After MOHS surgery to resect the cancer, he ended up losing two-thirds of his eyelid. Notice the beautifully reconstructed eyelid in the final photo. This was performed as a single step surgery.
