Two and a half months after fat transfer and subcision with alloderm grafts (FaSuLa stage I and II)

When the skin has been damaged by acne, it can damage even the deepest fat layer. This is evident in the before photo where, in addition to the rolling scars, there are deep indentations and hollowing of the cheeks. This woman had one session of fat transfer to both cheeks (FaSuLa stage I) and subcision with alloderm grafting to three right cheek scars (FaSuLa stage II). She is scheduled for more treatment in the future.
