Before (Left): This patient was bothered by all her extra crepey upper lid skin. Although ablative skin resurfacing lasers like the carbon dioxide laser might help tighten her skin, Dr. Enzer recommended she have an upper laser blepharoplasty and browpexy (internal brow lift).
After (Right): Three months after her upper laser blepharoplasty and browpexy. Notice the crisp upper lid platform. Note that this patient always had a full upper lid and brow, and therefore Dr. Enzer felt it was important to maintain that youthful look. He recommends combining the surgery with either fat transfer, or to place brow filler 4-6 months postoperatively to restore natural volume. Both Dr. Enzer and the patient were thrilled with her results.
