Before: This woman is in her early 70’s and wanted surgery to reduce the puffiness of her lower eyelids, and eliminate the “groove”.  She said the grooves have always been there but are getting worse.  She had already had upper blepharoplasty and brow lifting surgery.

After (four months): Dr. Enzer discussed non-invasive and surgical options, and she elected to have a lower laser blepharoplasty, midface (cheek) lift, and eyelid tightening.  No skin resurfacing was performed.  Notice the beautiful almond shape to her eyes, the smooth transition of the lower eyelids into her cheeks, and no more puffiness.  Both Dr. Enzer and the patient were very happy with the outcome of her surgery.
