Muller muscle resection

Three months after Muller muscle resection procedure.

This woman had a drooping right upper lid. Her left eyelid was also low, but not as bad as the right. She also had heavy and excessive upper lid skin. After discussing all her options, she elected only to raise the right upper eyelid with a Muller muscle resection (internal approach). Notice the perfect symmetry between the eyelids after surgery.
