Before: split earlobe
This patient had a repair of the same earlobe previously that failed and the lobe split again. Note the notch along the edge of the earlobe (behind the split). This occurs when the repair is poorly performed by the plastic surgeon.

After: 3 months after the earlobe repair by Dr. Enzer. The patient elect not to remove the prior surgeon’s scar, and therefore, one can still see the indent. But the repair by Dr. Enzer in front of the scar is excellent!
