Before (Left): This person had two earlobe piercing holes. The back one developed a full split, and the front one an elongated piercing slit. Even the front slit was not able to retain earrings, except a hoop style. Posts would fall out.
After (right): Three months after earlobe repair. This had to be done in two stages due to the “holes” being close to each other and the damage was extensive. Note the smooth contour of the new earlobe. The patient and Dr. Enzer were delighted with the surgical outcome, and she is ready to go get her ears pierced again!
