Before (Left): This middle-aged patient always had heavy lids, but now they have reached the point where the skin is covering her upper lids. She has a combination of excess upper lid skin and brow descent/deflation. Dr. Enzer proposed an upper lid rejuvenation plan consisting of Upper Laser Blepharoplasty, Browpexy (lateral internal brow lift), and volume replacement with either fat transfer or fillers.
After (Right): The patient returned very pleased after Upper Laser Blepharoplasty and Browpexy. There still appears to be some extra skin, but this is due to deflation/volume loss. A filler treatment is planned for the future to restore the natural volume to the area, creating a full youthful upper lid complex.
