Procedure: Restylane (under eyes)

Notes: This is one of the most difficult lower lid situations. The patient is a senior citizen with massive lower lid bags and very thin skin. She did not want to have surgery. We discussed a more tempered expectation for results. The patient underwent two lower lid filler sessions and adjunctive cheek filler. Her skin is still wrinkled around the eyes, but the bags and dark circles are much less noticeable.
