This patient had a Botox treatment by another physician, giving her the classic harsh “Spock Eyes” appearance. In addition, the previous doctor neglected her hollow temples, which is a cardinal but very subliminal sign of aging and poor health.

Dr. Enzer revised her Botox treatment to give her a softer, more feminine brow. He also filled her hollow temples with Juvederm to give her a healthier and more youthful appearance. Just noticing these small “out of place” cosmetic issues dramatically changed the way this woman appears to the public.
