This middle aged professional woman was bothered by her excess upper lid skin, yet she already had an upper blepharoplasty twenty years prior. Although it looked like there was extra eyelid skin, the real problem was a low and deflated eyebrow. Notice how the combination of brow lifting plus fat transfer gives such a natural youthful look to the eye area. It even improved the skin texture. Note: No laser resurfacing or eyelid incisions were done.
