Procedure: Upper Laser Blepharoplasty

This patient had an blepharoplasty to resculpt her upper lids. It was also noted preoperatively that she had a central peak to the contour of her lids such that her lid fold began in the center of the lid. In order to soften the fold, fat was transferred centrally, especially on the left side, in order to give her better contour and symmetry.
She could use a secondary filler session in the office to restore the remainder of lost volume to the sub-brow region where the fold is still a little loose. The patient elected to do this in the future.
