This patient did not like her eyes. The upper lids were heavy and the lower lids were puffy. She underwent an upper and lower laser blepharoplasty and mid-face lift, along with an internal brow stabilization. Note the dramatic return to her more youthful appearance. She always had a low brow, and thus still looks natural after cosmetic eyelid surgery.
