This middle aged gentleman wanted to look as young and active as he feels, and project that appearance in his very competitive career. We performed an upper blepharoplasty and combined it with an internal brow lift to raise and stabilize the outer third of his eyebrow complex. By performing the brow lift with this technique, the upper lids open up beautifully while avoiding the placement of any visible scars.
