This sixty-ish year old gentleman has severe aging changes around his eyes. We decided to do upper and lower laser blepharoplasty, horizontal eyelid tightening and mid-face lifting. He chose not to address the skin wrinkling with laser resurfacing, nor did he wish to address the drooping and somewhat deflated brow.

Notice that he looks much better now around the eyes, age-appropriate, natural, and masculine. Could he have an even better result if we raised and re-inflated the brows and did skin laser resurfacing? Yes. But the patient was very pleased, as was Dr. Enzer, with his postoperative results for the procedures selected and given the severe aging changes around his eyes.
