This patient had thin, irregular excess upper eyelid skin and loss of brow fullness. After an upper laser blepharoplasty, brow fat transfer, and periocular carbon dioxide laser skin resurfacing, she has a clean, crisp upper lid platform to apply mascara and eye shadow, and a youthful full eyebrow. Also notice the improved upper and lower lid skin texture.
