Meet The Team

Ashley Lace is a National Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a valued member of Enzer & Associates, P.C. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, where her academic excellence earned her induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In 2025, she completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Fitchburg State University. With more than fifteen years of medical experience, Ashley holds multiple certifications in neurological trauma and critical care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Rhode Island.

Ashley has worked at Enzer & Associates P.C. for over ten years and has received extensive training in the art of aesthetic medicine from Yoash R. Enzer, MD, FACS. She regularly attends national conferences and advanced aesthetic training programs to ensure her patients receive the most current, safe, and effective treatments. Ashley is dedicated to providing personalized care, helping each patient feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about community health and wellness. She volunteers with local healthcare initiatives and enjoys staying active through running, yoga, and outdoor activities. Above all, she finds joy and inspiration from her husband and daughters, all of whom motivate her to lead with compassion, balance, strength, and integrity both personally and professionally.

With more than 29 years of experience working alongside Dr. Enzer, Karen Enzer serves as the Practice Manager for our oculofacial plastic surgery practice. She oversees all aspects of office operations, including patient relations, staff coordination, and organizational management. Karen’s leadership ensures that our practice runs smoothly and that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.

Karen believes that every day brings new opportunities – like streaming music, you never know what the next tune will be, but preparation and adaptability make all the difference.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing yoga, swimming and spinning, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors.

Donna is an exceptionally enthusiastic team member with over 30 years of experience navigating the ever-evolving world of medical and cosmetic medicine, including almost 20 years with Enzer & Associates, PC. She thrives as a key point of contact for patients having surgery, guiding them through every step of the aesthetic or medical process—from the initial consultation to post-procedure follow-ups. Donna also manages all billing concerns within our practice.

Outside of work, Donna dedicates her time and culinary talents to baking treats to help raise funds for local patients undergoing cancer treatments. She also enjoys traveling with her amazing husband of 28 years and their two sons, running, and spending time outdoors. Donna is a superb team player, and her warmth, professionalism, and dedication make her beloved by all who know her.

Jessica Bairos has been with Enzer & Associates, P.C. since 2014 and has brought 30 years of customer service experience to her role. As the patient coordinator, Jessica personally assists patients throughout the scheduling process and helps guide them through any questions or concerns they may have. Her extensive knowledge, upbeat personality, and genuine kindness ensure that patients have a clear understanding of the office’s policies and procedures, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two young children, and their dog, Teddy. She also loves arts and crafts, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying family movie nights.

Natalie Nuñez-Flores is a highly experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant with more than two decades of experience across multiple medical specialties. At Enzer& Associates, P.C., Natalie plays an essential role in delivering comprehensive clinical and cosmetic care. She assists with a wide range of procedures, supports patient consultations, and ensures each patient receives attentive, professional, and compassionate service.

In addition to her extensive medical background, Natalie has advanced training in permanent makeup (PMU) techniques and is the proud owner of a woman-based business, which further enhances her understanding of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. Natalie’s expertise, precision, and commitment to excellence reflect the high standards of care and professionalism that define Enzer& Associates, P.C. Outside of work, Natalie is passionate about rescuing and nurturing her chihuahuas, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and making the most out of each
day.

Alicia joined Enzer & Associates, P.C. in November 2023 as a Front Desk Administrator. She brings over 20 years of experience in office administration and customer service, having worked across several fields, including corporate recruiting, children’s behavioral health, and senior admissions within a technical college. Throughout her career, Alicia has been the welcoming face of every organization she’s served—greeting visitors with a smile and creating a warm, professional atmosphere. She takes pride in building genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike, treating everyone with understanding and respect.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, camping, and sharing outdoor adventures and sports activities with her two sons.
