Photo 2: After MOHS surgery a right lower skin defect was created. The eyelid has a tendency to pull down and away from the eye in these situations.

Photo 3: Four months after reconstruction by Dr. Enzer with a rotational skin flap. The eyelid was also tightened against the eye to prevent it from being pulled down. He has an excellent cosmetic and functional result.
