This woman has Graves’ disease, causing bulging of her eyes as well as puffiness and bags under her eyes. She underwent a lower laser blepharoplasty to reduce the lower lid fat bulges via a transconjunctival (inside eyelid) approach. A mid-face (cheek) lift and re-suspension of the eyelid muscle hammock were done at the same time. Both the patient and Dr. Enzer are thrilled with the results.
