Procedure: Upper laser blepharoplasty

Notes: One month after procedure.

This patient had an upper blepharoplasty to resculpt her upper lids. It was also noted preoperatively that she had a central peak to the contour of her lids such that her lid fold began in the center of the lid. In order to soften the fold, fat was transferred centrally, especially on the left side, in order to give her better contour and symmetry. She could use a secondary filler session in the office to restore the remainder of lost volume to the sub-brow region where the fold is still a little loose. The patient elected to to this in the future. This attention to the details of eyelid contour is what you get when you go to an oculofacial plastic surgeon.
