Left Side Photos: This woman had a chickenpox scar in between her eyebrows that was very deep. It could not be covered with makeup. A very well respected plastic surgeon tried to improve the appearance by cutting out the scar. Unfortunately this did not work very well. Dr. Enzer explained his FaSula concept for helping reduce scar visibility.

Right Side Photos: Four months after Stage II FaSula surgery for her chicken pox scar. Although the surface skin is whiter and has loss of texture due to the original scar, it is now flat and much less noticeable. It can be covered with make-up.

Dr. Enzer states that “Chickenpox scars are among the most difficult but improvement is usually possible.” This patient is delighted that she is now able to hide her scar!
