Four months after subcision with alloderm grafts (FaSuLa stage II).

This beautiful woman in her twenties was very self conscious about her acne scars and was unable to hide them, even with makeup. She underwent FaSuLa stage II, subcision with alloderm graft, to the left cheek in one session. Notice the dramatic reduction in the pock marks in the unaltered postoperative photo. Dr. Enzer has recommended the patient undergo one round of carbon dioxide skin laser resurfacing (FaSuLa stage III) to complete her skin rejuvenation and to get rid of the remaining dark spots caused by her severe acne.
