Procedure: Levator recession

Notes: This young woman had previously undergone multiple surgeries for her thyroid eye disease (TED) and her appearance was back to normal. Suddenly after a stressful time in her life, she had an exacerbation of her TED. This caused left upper lid retraction.

The bottom picture is three weeks after Levator Recession surgery. She was delighted with her results.
