Orbital decompression

In view 1 you can see a comparison between how the patient looked as a young woman in the before photo to the dramatic change in the shape of her eyes brought about by the Graves’ Disease, and this took a heavy emotional toll on her psyche.

In view 2, you can see the before and after photos following bilateral orbital decompression with intraconal fat removal, bilateral horizontal eyelid tightening and release of lower eyelid retractors, and bilateral upper blepharoplasty with left levator recession. Notice the eyes no longer bulge, and there is much less white showing.
