This elderly woman had an aggressive skin cancer along the outer aspect of the left lower eyelid margin (top photo). Notice the size of the defect after the skin cancer was removed with MOHS surgery. This required four stages because the tumor was much larger than it appeared on the surface (middle photo). The eyelid has been reconstructed by Dr. Enzer after the MOHS surgery. The eyelid works perfectly and has a natural appearance. The only thing that changed is her mole shifted laterally after the reconstruction (bottom photo).
