Before: This patient had a large indentation on her cheek after a biopsy. The biopsy scar line was going in the wrong direction and part of the original lesion was still present.

After: Four months after complete excision of the skin lesion and scar revision. Notice the incision scar line is now aligned with natural “crow’s feet” around the eyes. The area is still slightly red until healing is complete.
