This woman is in her seventies. She has marked facial laxity, jowls, deep folds, and deep wrinkles. She did not want a facelift, and therefore elected to try synthetic fillers. Although not all lines and folds are gone, we can appreciate the marked improvement in skin quality and softening of her wrinkles, folds, and jowls. This is the so-called “liquid face lift” and the patient was very pleased with her results.
