Procedure: Mueller Muscle Resection, and Upper Laser Blepharoplasty.

Left: This middle aged woman developed drooping eyelids, especially on the right side. She did not know the cause of her eyelid droop, but the appearance was very upsetting to her. Dr. Enzer evaluated her and found she had a systemic illness causing the lid to droop. He arranged for her to get the proper medical treatment.
Right: He then fixed her eyelids, raising the right more than the left to a perfect height and restoring her symmetry.
