Upper blepharoplasty

This patient underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery. She, like many patients, carries one brow higher (her right), making it look like there is more skin on the left. Dr. Enzer did a research project on this topic, and found that 60% of people have this asymmetry. If you look closely, she continues to hold the right brow higher after her surgery, which makes the upper lids appear uneven. In fact, she has a perfect result, but could benefit from a little Botox to relax the right eyebrow.
