Photo 2: The cancer was much more extensive than it appeared on the surface. This picture shows the defect created by removal of the cancer with MOHS surgery. Both the upper and lower eyelid and outer corner of eye required reconstruction.

Photo 3: Four months after oculofacial plastic surgery performed by Dr. Enzer to reconstruct the left eyelid defects. She has a normal appearance and perfectly functional eyelid again.
