After ophthalmology (eye surgery) training at Brown University, Dr. Enzer did his advanced fellowship training at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at the University of California School Of Medicine, Los Angeles, California (UCLA). Afterwards, he passed all the tests and wrote an original thesis, thus fulfilling the requirements to become a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Oculofacial surgeons are best qualified to perform delicate and complex surgery, especially around the eye and facial area. There are less than 500 ASOPRS physicians in the entire world.
