Coming from north of Providence
Take I-95 South to exit 19, Eddy Street. Go straight at traffic
light onto Dudley Street. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile on Dudley
Street to our free, gated parking lot (on left) at the Southside
Medical Center (120 Dudley Street, directly across from W&I
Hospital). We are located on the first floor in Suite 104.
Coming from south of Providence
Take I-95 North to exit 18 – Thurbers Avenue; bear left onto Thurbers
Ave, and then turn right at the traffic light onto Eddy Street.
After several blocks you will see Dudley Street on your left,
just before Rhode Island Hospital. Take a left onto Dudley Street;
proceed approximately 1/4 mile on Dudley Street to our free, gated
parking lot (on left) at the Southside Medical Center (120 Dudley
Street, directly across from W&I Hospital). We are located
on the first floor in Suite 104.

Route 195-West to I-95 South to the Thurbers Avenue exit; bear
right onto Thurbers Avenue; then turn right at the traffic light
onto Eddy Street. After several blocks you will see Dudley Street
on your left, just before Rhode Island Hospital. Take a left onto
Dudley Street; proceed approximately 1/4 mile on Dudley Street
to our free, gated parking lot (on left) at the Southside Medical
