Dr. Yoash Enzer

Dr. Yoash Enzer was born in New York City and grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and received his medical degree with honors in 1986 from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. Dr. Enzer then trained in Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital. From 1991 to 1992 he received fellowship training in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA’s prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute. Dr. Enzer then spent an additional six months studying with leading plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and pursuing his research interests.

In 1993, Dr. Enzer returned to Rhode Island to practice and teach cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery. In recognition for his work with medical students and residents, Dr. Enzer was honored with the “Excellence in Teaching” award in 2011and 2015 (Department of Dermatology) and “Teacher of the Year” awards in 1996, 1997, 2008, and 2011 (Department of Ophthalmology). He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery and Dermatology at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. In 2003 he received the “Teaching Recognition Award” from Brown University. He lectures locally and nationally, and has published a wide variety of papers in his field.

Dr. Enzer is board certified, and is an invited member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, as well as many other professional organizations. Ashley Wright, RN, MSN, FNP

Ashley Wright, RN, MSN, FNP is a Rhode Island State and National Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, where she graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner. Because of hard work and stellar academic performance, she was inducted as a member of The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International. With over 10 years of medical professional experience, she holds numerous additional certifications including Critical Care and Trauma Nurse specialties. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association.

Ashley has been individually trained in aesthetic cosmetic procedures and lasers working side by side with Yoash R. Enzer, MD, FACS. She remains eager to learn and attends multiple supplementary educational conferences in aesthetic training to ensure her patients receive the most innovative and safest care possible. She sincerely enjoys listening to her patients and working with them to create a positive experience and enhance their confidence. Her passion for educating her patients and providing aesthetic recommendations is unquestionable. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise at every interaction.

When Ashley is not making her coworkers and patients smile in the office, she is a busy raising two independent girls with her husband. She spends her off time helping with Girl Scouts trips and creating hair bows for the entire softball team. As the first in her extended family to ever graduate college, let alone a master’s degree, Ashley strives to set the best example that she can for her daughters and future generations of young girls.

Karen Enzer

Karen Enzer, our practice manager, believes that every day is like streaming music…you never know what the next tune will be, and are you ready for it?!? Working with Dr. Enzer for 20+ years, Karen has orchestrated everything in the office from classical music to heavy metal: from answering the phone to consulting with patients, as well as the operational, organizational, and problem-solving managerial responsibilities of a busy oculofacial plastic surgical practice.

When not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spin classes, and the great outdoors.

Melissa Nowicki, LE

Melissa Nowicki, LE is our medical esthetician, and has worked alongside Dr. Enzer for almost 20 years! She graduated from The Empire School in Warwick, RI, and has completed advanced skin care classes with The International Dermal Institute. She offers skin care consultations, personalized skin maintenance plans, European-style facials, and medical-grade chemical peels. She also has specialized training in treating acne and sensitive skin.

Melissa’s passion for skin care comes from seeing numerous patients struggle with skin-related concerns. She combines her depth of knowledge with her down-to-earth personality to inform and educate clients about how to care for their skin. Melissa’s own personal experience with skin cancer has also influenced her compassion and approach towards her work.

In her free time, Melissa loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys running, downhill skiing, and camping with her husband and two children.

Brittany Kenney, LE

Brittany Kenney, LE is our office medical esthetician and Chemical Peel Specialist. Brittany has worked in the cosmetic industry for over seven years and has a vast knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and aesthetic treatments. As a former esthetics instructor for the Aveda Institute, Brittany values continuing education and is committed to staying up to date with current skincare advancements and techniques. Brittany has advanced medical-grade chemical peel training through Physicians Care Alliance and is a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals. Brittany loves to provide tips and tricks on our social media page and is known around the office as the “guru” of skin products and their ingredients.

When Brittany is not in the office, she is enjoying quality time with her husband Teddy. Brittany also enjoys spending time outdoors and always applies lots of sunscreen!

Donna O’Neil

Donna O’Neil is a dedicated employee with over 20 years’ experience in the ever-changing medical billing field. Celebrating nearly a decade with us, Donna does an outstanding job of ensuring patients understand their insurance benefits and any out-of-pocket expenses they may have prior to their appointment. Her vivacious, tender-hearted personality has made her a pillar in the office. Outside the office, Donna is an avid runner, having completed several half marathons and with the hope of one day completing a full marathon. Donna can always be counted on to bring homemade treats from her kitchen to the office, and cooking delicious meals for her husband and two boys.

Jessica Bairos

Jessica Bairos joined Enzer and Associates, PC in 2014. She brought with her 20 years of customer service experience. As a Patient Coordinator, Jessica’s role is to offer personalized assistance to help patients’ during their scheduling process. Jessica’s patience and organization skills parallel her ability to explain and communicate all office policies & procedures to our patients. She ensures that patients always have a person with whom to speak with about their treatment or condition.

Jessica’s style is always apparent in the office from her modern fashion trends, to her compassionate demeanor. In her free time Jessica loves spending time with her husband and two young children.

Nicole Faria

Nicole Faria is our newest team member; her charismatic personality is a great fit as Patient/Surgical Coordinator. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelors of Arts in Education, as well as English. In 2015, Nicole attended the Esthetic Skin Institute, INC. to broaden her education on Botox and Fillers. Since then, she is attuned to the nuances of conversation and patient experience. Nicole easily establishes bonds with patients during their consultation which enables her to guide them through surgical and non-surgical procedures and beyond. She will ensure that all administrative details of your services are well handled. Above all, Nicole’s role is to offer personalized assistance to ensure that your experience is exceptional!

Nicole has always been an avid reader, which influences her life outside the office. She advocates, “fill your book with adventures, love and happiness.” She enjoys cooking, spending time with loved ones and most recently, learned to paddleboard.
